I'm fine sticking with my iphone 4 for a while longer. It is great and if they give or at least preview iOS 5.0 ill be very happy :)

I do, and so does anyone who has a classic environment of System 7 and earlier for classic compatibility reasons.
Granted you can use TCP/IP on some of these, however the reliability of such extensions on early versions of Classic leaves much to be desired. I however turn off Appletalk when I am away from my home network.

I helped a friend drive one of his two cars to the Georgia Tech Auto Show today. I have about 130 shots to go through, though only 35 which I like more than others. This one stood out to me the most for today's photo. It is a brave entry from a University of Georgia fan, complete with bulldog, brought to the Georgia Tech campus.

The iPhone 4 will be a year and a few months old by September. I guess Apple can afford to wait simply because the iPhone brand has a good deal of market power, but it's still strange because their competition will be head over heels ahead of them. I hope iOS 5 is out before fall.
Thats a good point, with the Android platform releasing a new phone every 3 days on every network and with every phone manufacturer possible, This doesnt really make good business sense for Apple.

This is scary. While I have no doubts Apple's ability to "get it" will make Microsoft's offering pale by comparison, Microsoft might be able to more than make up for it through marketing and their dominant position in the computer and home gaming market. Then, as in the past, their monopolistic practices will slowly edge out Apple.
And I guarantee you that Microsoft will be much more willing to "play ball" with the movie studios to get the best/preferred deals in offering downloadable movies.

"what??" yeh, exactly. msoft's tablet PC that generated a lot of buzz before it's launch. and when it launched, it promptly flopped, hence the hollow response when it's name is shouted. i agree that an xbox branded device will have to compete with both psp and ipod, and even nintendo's ds; and hence i don't think apple's in any real danger. nevertheless, it is 'bout that time they release another major ipod revision.

Apple definitely needs to get more serious about security. As more people start to buy Macs, more people will start to tinker and find holes. I hope Apple will rise to the challenge.
I bet you're downloading .mov files. QuickTime .mov files have interactivity features that are being exploited by pornography websites to redirect you to their site.
I would strongly advise against dropping your Limewire habits and moving towards more legitimate sources for your content.
