I basically ordered a machien and don't know what to expect from perf increase. I have a MBPRO core duo @ 2 GHz. What speedbump can expect on this new C2D @ 2.33 GHz?

Would this be included if you are a current MobileMe subscriber. My subscription doesn't end till 2012. If this is a replacment or revamp of MobileMe, would my subscription carry over to this feature?

I still think it's the same size after staring at the photos. Light/white objects always look bigger than they are compared to black. Just look at a while aluminium mountain bike frame compared to a black one, they always look fatter.

Make this a part of my current MobileMe $199 family subscription.
I somehow have the feeling the the MobileMe service as we know it will stop to exist. Maybe they will offer some features 'a la cart' or a more expensive buffet option.

Just an FYI though, it won't sync over DRM content. That stuff is locked to iTunes and any iPod associated with the account.
Itunes doesn't care about your ipod/iphone. You can transfer a itunes DRM song to any ipod in the world and it will play fine. However, if you copied that same song to someone elses PC and tried to play it, it would ask for the itunes password. If you didn't have it, you couldn't play it, on the PC. Take your ipod and copy it over...plays perfectly. It's weird but true.

Of course since jailbreaks only happen because of security holes. So I hope Apple closes up security holes even if it means jailbreaking breaks. While I'd like Apple to make it possible to jailbreak easier I won't begrudge them this approach.

The fact that it's showing up on existing apps with no secret changes is a bit odd.
That would seem to rule out anything that involves an Intel processor. So Apple TV, then? Or nothing.

Mine is definitely thicker than my black one. One of them (bought two today) is actually crooked.... when I lay it down on a flat surface it doesn't lay down completely... there is a "wobble" to it.. wonder if the case is warped.

This my favorite lamp. It has been in my family for 30+ years. I have taken dozens of photos of this lamp. I used vignette to focus on the lamp and the colorful display on the wall.
