Celebrating Salad « Laura Dickey

May is national Salad month!  There are probably millions of different types of salads found around the world, but I'm going to take this opportunity to highlight some of the healthier ones.

Favorites:

Casear, Greek, Waldorf, Taco, Cobb, Chef's Salad with Turkey, Avocado and Jack Cheese.

New Varieties:

Spring Green, Beet & Walnut, Frisee Salad with Roasted Garlic Dressing, 10,000 Island Dressing with Layered Salad, Green & Orange Harvest Salad, Pizza Salad, Loaded Spinach Salad, Asian Rotisserie Chicken Salad, Butter Lettuce with Poached Salmon, Cherry Tomato Salad, Shrimp and White-Bean Salad, Arugula Salad with Grilled Chicken, Corn and Blue Cheese, Salmon & Mesculun.

Salad Dressings:

Blue Cheese, Vinaigrette, Mustard Vinaigrette, Lemon Vinaigrette, Honey-Brown Butter Dressing, Dill Dressing, Raspberry Dressing.
